Returns

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from baindemerusa.com, we accept returns of products in new condition with tags and the original BAIN DE MER packaging still intact. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense.

You have up to 30 days from the day of purchase to send back the items for store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items as they are considered final sale.

We kindly request that you try on swimwear over your underwear for sanitary reasons. We cannot accept products that have been worn, soiled, or stained. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@baindemerusa.com and notify us of your intent.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, that's no problem! Simply follow the return instructions and send the item back to us. Once we receive it, you can proceed to reorder the desired style separately, subject to the availability of other sizes and colors.
