If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order from baindemerusa.com, you may return the products to us in new condition. Please ensure that the items have their original tags and packaging intact. You have 30 days from the day of purchase to send the items back to us. However, it is important to note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your underwear for hygienic reasons. We cannot accept products that have been worn or are soiled/stained.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so, subject to availability. To proceed with an exchange, please follow the instructions provided for returns and place a separate order for the new style.
